The Magpies Business Club was launched in early September 2015 with a champagne reception at The Chorley Group Victory Park Stadium, the home of Chorley FC. Over 70 people attended the event where those present were entertained by Lancashire's finest comedian Mr Norman Prince. The evening included a Q & A session with the Chorley FC Management Team including Mr Matt Jansen.

The first major event of the Business Club calendar was a Casino evening held at Victory Park in early October. The evening was attended by over 60 people and everyone had the opportunity to win "funny money" playing games including poker, roulette and craps. Most people left with prizes and thanks must go to Chorley FC's Commercial Manager - Mr John Derbyshire who arranged the evening.
On behalf of the Chairman and the Board of Directors of Chorley FC a special mention goes to to Baker Tilly, Forbes Solicitors and Handelsbanken - It was your approach and vision that led to the Magpies Business Club being set up... Many thanks!
