Four Goal Magpies Go Second

The Magpies soared to a season’s high second place in the Vanarama National League North thanks for a convincing four-one win over play-off contenders Gloucester City.

A thunderbolt from Jake Cottrell was followed up with goals from Marcus Carver, Alex Samizadeh and a penalty Jason Walker with Luke Hopper netting for the visitors in the middle of the scoring.
