Goalkeeper Porter leaves Victory Park

FOLLOWING the arrival of Andy Robertson from Trafford and the impressive form of Russell Saunders last season, Dean Porter has been released by the club.

All at Chorley FC would like to thank ‘Deano’ for his efforts when called upon during his two years at Victory Park and wish him well in the future.

Rovers coming to Victory Park

CHORLEY Football Club are pleased to announce the Blackburn Rovers have agreed to send a team to Victory Park for a pre-season friendly.

The game is scheduled to take place on Tuesday August 14th and will be our final warm up game before the league campaign kick's off on Saturday August 18th

Car Boot Sale and Craft Fair

Chorley Football Club will be hosting a car boot and craft fair at Victory Park on the following dates:

  • Sunday June 17th
  • Sunday June 24th
  • Sunday July 1st

Chorley Football Club annual Golf Day

CHORLEY Football Club are pleased to announced the club will be holding a Golf Day in August.

Being held at Shaw Hill Golf & Country Club on Monday August 20th, the event promises to be a memorable event with Garry Flitcroft and Matt Jansen swopping studs for spikes.

The Magpies teams up with pub to launch beer festival

Chorley Football Club are teaming up with local pub to stage a four-day beer festival.

The club is joining forces with The Spinners Arms at Cowling for the inaugural Thirsty Magpie Beer Festival, which will take place at Victory Park in July.

The event will feature more than 80 real ales and ciders, and a number of local bands have been lined up to provide live entertainment.
