AFTER Saturday's superb 2-1 win over Kidderminster Harriers, thanks to goals from Scott Wilson and Mark Ellis, we now turn our attention to an FA Cup second qualifying round tie versus Mossley AFC.

The Magpies are unbeaten in their last five games and will travel to a Mossley team that is looking to bounce back from being knocked out of the FA Trophy by City of Liverpool last weekend.

The Opponents

The Lilywhites sit 14th in the Northern Premier League Division One West, with games in hand on teams around them Mossley will be looking to cause an upset in the Cup.

For Saturday's game, the hosts have had a fine run so far in the competition, winning their opening game 4-0 against Colne FC.

More recently, they had a thrilling game against Whitby Town in the FA Cup. Drawing 2-2 at home before another entreating 3-3 draw before winning 5-3 on penalties.

The Manager

David Fish is the man in charge of Mossley.

Fish was a goalkeeper before becoming a coach. He came through the ranks at Manchester United before moving to Stockport Couty as an understudy.

After his release from Stockport, David went on to join several clubs. Most notably, the goalkeeper was part of the Stalybridge Celtic team that won the treble, where he won the Unibond League, League Cup, and Cheshire Cup.

A word from Preecy

"A fantastic result versus Kidderminster after tireless travel to Oxford City then Brackley, we've had a really good week or so and are in great form. It's good to have a little break midweek and turn our focus to the FA Cup, where, we'll have to be at our best. Mossley will want to cause an upset."
