CHORLEY will be looking to push on with a positive result on Boxing Day to follow up their well-fought win last time out against Rushall Olympic.

The Magpies made it five wins from their last six games at the Grant Store Victory Park Stadium on Saturday, but this time travel to the Neuven Stadium to take on newly-promoted, Radcliffe.

The Opponents

Radcliffe currently sit in 22nd place in the Vanarama National League North table.

Boro's last win was back on November 9, seeing off Rushall Olympic 3-1.

Radcliffe have the 22nd best home record in the division, two wins, two draws and seven defeats.

The Manager(s)

The infamous management team of Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley, affectionately knows as, "Bernard and Jonno", are at the helm at Radcliffe.

Bringing to the table a wealth of experience, many number of successes and promotions to boot, the pair are highly thought of across the North West and further afield.

Ramsbottom, Salford City, Chester, Spennymoor Town and now, Radcliffe and promotion last season are part of a magnificent CV for the pair.

A word from Preecy

“Radcliffe, Boxing Day, wow, what a test and a serious game in prospect. Bernard and Jonno have done a job and despite their position in the table, they and their squad are as tough as it comes here.

We're delighted to have won at the weekend against Rushall, but, we want to keep pushing on and continue our momentum and put a strong run together."
