CHORLEY FC are delighted to confirm that Jacob Holland-Wilkinson has signed on with the Magpies following his recent departure from Bury FC.
Now 21, Jacob worked this way through the academy systems at Championship outfit, Preston North End as a youngster.
The attackers' first moves into first-team, senior football followed with AFC Fylde and Bamber Bridge in 2021 and 2022, before eventually Jacob signed permanently with Stoke City, playing for their U21 development side.
In August 2023/24, Jacob signed with Lancaster City before finishing off the previous campaign strongly Bury FC.
Manager, Andy Preece, had the following to say upon completion of the deal.
"Jacob is a player we've had our eye on now for quite some time. He's a versatile, energetic attacking player with bags of potential.
Hopefully, we can help to develop a lot of that and it'll prove beneficial to both Jacob and ourselves, moving forward.
He's a great lad and first and foremost, he works hard and wants to progress further as a footballer. I'm delighted to have added him to our squad."
