Neil Young is the manager, and Young has a very impressive CV, having earned seven promotions, including three consecutive League Championships at Chester FC and now two with Marine.

He joined Cammell Laird as Joint Manager in 2007, and the team was promoted to the Northern Premier League Premier Division as runners-up.

Having been appointed as the new manager of the reformed Chester in 2010. Young recorded an unprecedented triple promotion, winning the NPL North, NPL Premier and Conference North in consecutive seasons, breaking various records on the way. Young was also given the Conference North Manager of the Year in 2013.
